Our LifeDJs have all changed their lives through music. You will be matched with a board certified music therapist that understands your situation, your goals and your music preferences.

Our music helps psychologically. The playlists on the platforms are genre based, hit based & mood based however they are not geared towards your life. You have to find the right song.

Our music will be delivered via email and app. Once you tell us what service you use (Spotify etc.), we'll tailor it for your platform.
You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs & availability:
We'll chat over Zoom based on our schedules. We'll discuss what's going on, progress over the last week, obstacles you're now facing, how the music is helping, review your listening habits & anything else you would like to discuss.
We set up your musical profile during the initial assessment and fine tune as we work together. If something is not working, let us know & we'll tweak the suggestions to get you music you like. We understand how important this is.
Yes, we use music as a tool. Music is one of the most powerful neurobiological tools we have to change our mood, mindset, and behavior. The trick is finding the right song that resonates for you.
We believe in active listening to have the music make a profound change in your life. When you are walking, taking a break, commuting to work are all great times. Our playlists are short and action oriented so all you need is 15 minutes.
We recommend at least twice a day. We would love for you to be familiar enough with the songs to be able to sing the chorus.
If you find a song you love, Great. Feel free to put it on repeat. Make sure to tell us about them so we can find more of them for you.
One of the ways music affects mood is by stimulating the formation of certain brain chemicals. Listening to music increases the neurotransmitter dopamine. Dopamine is the brain’s “motivation molecule” and an integral part of the pleasure-reward system. Interestingly, you can further increase dopamine by listening to a playlist that’s being shuffled.
We'll hand pick songs for you based on your musical preferences. We'll keep it to 3-4 genres. You'll get a mix of music you already love and new songs that you'll probably love.
